We regularly provide training and collect feedback from staff and participants; continuous monitoring and evaluation through staff performance.

Our staff regularly get NDIS Training, which includes: Manual Handling, Medication administration, Positive behaviour support, OHS, First Aid, CPR, and Meal assistance.
The service cost varies according to the services provided and is calculated per the NDIS rate structure. The cost will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Not necessarily; you need not be a part of NDIS to receive our services.
Yes, as per indicated by the NDIS Travel guidelines.
